Mastering
made better.
On-demand &
with no upfront cost.
Affordable mastering from top mastering studios and engineers.
If you don’t like your master, you don’t pay.
Mastering that doesn’t suck.
For artists. By artists.
Mastering.to was created by a group of artists, just like you. We hated the traditional approaches to mastering. It seemed like your choices were either AI slop or expensive mastering you might not even be happy with. Mastering is personal, and even great mastering engineers often don’t understand what an artist is looking for. We thought, there must be a better way. So, we got some investors, and created Mastering.to. We partner with established studios and engineers. You get great mastering and only pay if you’re happy. And you get one round of revisions included, all without having to pay one red cent. What’s the catch? There isn’t one. See how it works >>
How it Works
-
Fill out your information using the form above and upload your track(s). You pay nothing upfront and your tracks remain private and confidential.
-
We’ll assign your tracks to the first available mastering engineer in our pool, who will master and return them for review within 24-48 hours.
-
You’ll be able to listen to a watermarked preview of your mastered track(s) via a high-fidelity streaming link. You can then either approve the master as-is, or request revisions based on your feedback.
-
If you’re happy, we’ll send you an invoice and once paid, you can download your mastered tracks. However, if you’re not happy with your master — you don’t pay. Our approach makes sure artists save their money and only pay for their preferred master. In cases where the client chooses not to proceed with payment, Mastering.to compensates the engineer for their time.
